Hey everyone, how have you been? For me, I’ve been busy as usual with my revisions, work, and life in general. I have been under a lot of pressure lately so I decided to unwind this weekend by going to Red Sky at Night event. When I was still in the Philippines, I loved going to events like this especially those that involved arts and culture. Red Sky at Night showcases work of local artisans and also celebrates culture of residents who where originally from different parts of the world. There were live performances, music, food, arts and crafts, games and activities for children (and adults also!). Here are some of the snippets I took from the event.

I feel like my insomnia is a symptom of something more serious. I’ve been restless for weeks now. I am already on Zopiclone and Zoloft yet I feel like none of them are working? 😩 I feel so dry, nothing seems to be interesting to me anymore. I even went as far as googling “how to find new hobbies” lol I’m desperate. I guess it really hit me when my friend said blogging is a waste of time and that she can’t fathom why I would want to share my personal business online. Well it’s the time of the year where you have a long holiday, then work 2.5 days in between, before the long holiday again. Hey guys, you might have already read my post the other day about The Hallotober Tag. I mentioned there that I love Halloween because I like dressing up, going to parties, and having fun on spooky community events. Last year, I went on a Halloween party bus (with missions and games) and since then I’ve always looked forward to this years event.  My costume was ready since the beginning of the year. I am a “bayer” now, that’s what they say. Although my daddy was originally from East End, I am spending the rest of my conscious life here on the west side. It is the most populous district on island and “troublemakers” live here. It’s not as ugly as you think it is though, there are a lot of good places (especially restaurants!) you can safely hangout with friends in here. I’m not sure if cooler fetes are a thing in Asia but here in the Caribbean it is almost like every outdoor party / event there is. Basically it’s a party where you can bring your own drinks and cooler. I’ve been to cooler fete twice before and it was fun, especially now that I learned how to drink (sush, it’s only our secret). Almost everybody I know still thinks I’m a good girl, but ever since I hopped on that flight to this side of the world, I feel like I’ve been liberated (to be free without regrets, that is).
