I’m not sure if cooler fetes are a thing in Asia but here in the Caribbean it is almost like every outdoor party / event there is. I am a “bayer” now, that’s what they say. Although my daddy was originally from East End, I am spending the rest of my conscious life here on the west side. It is the most populous district on island and “troublemakers” live here. It’s not as ugly as you think it is though, there are a lot of good places (especially restaurants!) you can safely hangout with friends in here.
